My Son

This picture of my son Hudson is amazing to me in so many ways.  His beautiful big blue eyes are so crisp and clear, and his skin as smooth as a porcelain doll.  It's also amazing because I caught him sitting still :)

Evening at the Park

J (my husband) and I have been wanting to check out a local park for a while now so we decided yesterday was the perfect day.  The weather was so beautiful.  The temperature was 69 degrees.  For a mid November day in NC that is absolutely beautiful.  The park wasn't as great as we had hoped.  There were only two great places for taking pictures and one was occupied by a woman who was in a bikini and I'm pretty sure she was topless at one point.  No joke!  The other great photo spot was in the parking lot.  The photo below was taken next to our car.

First Photo Shoot

A couple weekends ago I met my friend Emily and her husband Kevin at a park in Raleigh.  I was nervous because this was my first practice photo shoot.  Emily was a natural and Kevin did great!  Thank you both for agreeing to let me practice on you two.  Here are some of my favorites...
